The guarantee

You have 60 days from the date you buy. If it has not convinced you inside that, ask for your money back through the seller's support channel.

Do this on day one

Put day 60 into your phone as soon as the box arrives. Free to do, and the one element of this entirely in your hands. Missed dates account for far more lost refunds than declined requests ever do.

Worth planning around

Cover ends on day 60 while the 3 and 6-bottle supplies last 90 and 180 days respectively. Either way, unopened bottles will remain when the window shuts, so form your view around the second bottle rather than the last.

Making the request

Step	What happens
One	Locate the order number printed on your confirmation email.
Two	Write to the seller’s support contact quoting it, asking for a refund under the 60-day guarantee.
Three	Their reply carries any return address or reference number.
Four	Do precisely what they say and hold on to any tracking receipt.
Five	The refund returns to the card that paid.

Timing

Allow a few working days after approval. What happens next is your card issuer's timetable, typically a further week to ten days.

Damaged or wrong orders

A parcel that shows up broken, short or simply incorrect needs same-day photographs sent to support. Those are dealt with separately and should not reduce your refund window.

Official orders only

Only purchases through the official checkout are covered. Third-party and marketplace listings carry no guarantee, and their orders leave no record for a claim to point at.
